He is survived by: his wife Mary "Winkie" LeFils (Blackman); and his children, Libbey DeBary (Mark), Jim Osteen (Jody), Susan Osteen (Jeff), Greg Osteen (Susie), Teresa (Mike), Patricia Ocala and Sharon Ocala (Scott). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
