He is survived by: his wife Nellie Dossett of Waverly; his children, John Cannon (Phillipa), Craig Cannon (Claire) and Elizabeth Cooley; his grandchildren, Justin Cooley (Sarah), Jonathan Cooley (Whitney), Rachel Cannon, John Cannon (Samantha), Ryan Cannon and Alexis Cannon; his sister Margaretta Brandt; and also, Owen Cooley, Reid Cooley and Addison Cooley.
