With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Ann (Rishell) Thomas of Ormond Beach, Florida, born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Rishell and Helen Rishell (Johnson). She is survived by: her husband D. Douglas Thomas, Sr.; her children, April Cole (Bradley), Douglas Thomas, Jr. (Mykalann) and Tadd Thomas (Jenna); and her grandchildren, Madison Cole, AJ Cole, Douglas Thomas III (Tripp), Anna Kate Thomas, Carolina Thomas, Ada Thomas and Brooke Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that a donation be made to Ormond Beach Friends of Recreation, 399 N. US Hwy 1, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
