It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Louise Powell of Ormond Beach, Florida, born in Kenton, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Verle Osbun and Betty Osbun; her sister Mary Musgrave; and her brother-in-law Gene Musgrave. She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Powell (Brian Crisp), Amanda Powell (Nick Carlisle), Tiffany Powell and Brooke Strain (Nick Strain); her grandchildren, Devin Kelly (Hannah Kelly), Brady Wilt (Priscilla Johns), Aryanna Spangler, Ethan Dowell, Ashlynn Spangler, Logan Warmbrod, Mila Strain and Shaun Strain; her great grandchildren, Elijah Kelly, Noah Kelly, Kasey Wilt and Jaxton Wilt; and her siblings, Roberta Willard (Mike Willard), Robert Osbum (Joni Osbun) and Connie Beazley (David Beazley). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
