He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Gallagher and Margaret Gallagher (Herrmann); and his brothers, Jack Gallagher and Joe Gallagher of Erie, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his brother Tom of Olathe, KS.; his sons, Justin (Marianna) of Bozeman, MT and Timothy (Andrew) of Chicago, IL.; and also Craig Foster (Deby Marsh) of Wertach.
The military honors was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Daytona Memorial Park (1425 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114). Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lohman Funeral Home (1423 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church (915 N Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Daytona Memorial Park (1425 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114).
