She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen W Cook and Bessie D Cook; and her siblings, June Peterson, Carolyn Karr and David G Cook.
She is survived by: her brother Marvin Cook (Sherron) of DeLand; and her sister-in-law Barbar Cook. She is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
