She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Melillo (McLoota) and Angelo Melillo; and her sister Amber Bitsko. She is survived by: her husband Paul Adkins; her children, Michael (Sharman) and Amy (Jay); her grandchildren, Audrey Strutton, Benjamin, Amanda Owen (Daniel), Charles Williams, Madison Williams and Jackson Williams; her sister Denise Benko; and her brother-in-law Bill Benko. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
