He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Pierce Morgan and Vivian Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Karla Morgan (Mansfield); his children, Melissa Jost (Doug) and Kendall; his grandsons, Bentley and Blake Jost; and his siblings, Diane Meisenheimer (Richard), Denise Goering and James Morgan (Tamie).
