He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Sr and Frank Noel Sr.; and his siblings, Raymond, Virginia and Pearl.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Frank Noel, III (Barb), Shawn Noel, Samantha Luna (Robert) of Vista, CA and Stephanie Elliott of Ormond Beach, FL.; and his grandchildren, April, Michael, Bralynn, Nate, Katie, Blazen, Kyle, Kate and Kara. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
