He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Zapka and Mary Zapka; and his sister Marian Gussett. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Sharon Zapka-Wolfe of Daytona Beach and Denise Onago (Wayne) of Deland; and his extended family, David Doak (Linda) and Mike Doak (Roberta). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (50 Seville St, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
