Douglas Orville Lewis Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan "June" Matheny and Clara Jean Matheny (Holland); his sister Mary Grayce Watson; and his son David Douglas Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Louise Lewis (Davis) of Ormond Beach, FL; his sons, Eric Lewis of Cambridge, OH and Todd Lewis (Sonya) of Cambridge, OH; his siblings, Carl Lewis (Kathy) of Chesnee, SC and Ann Vest (Jerry) of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Kathryn Stocking (Mathew), Caitlin Hopper (Jordan), Erica Abel (Nathan), John Lewis (Summer), Cameron Lewis (Kacy), Zachary Lewis (Taylor), Jennifer Lewis and Joshua Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Ripley, Miles and Skylar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tomoka United Methodist Church (1000 Old Tomoka Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
