He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Charles M. Barney (Karen) of Bunnell, Christopher Barney of Bunnell, Robert D. Barney of Daytona Beach and Cheryl Hodgdon (Mike) of Palm Coast; and his sister Martha Theobald of DeLand. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
