Carol Hicks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2024, at the age of 85, Carol Hicks of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Holycross and Ethyle Holycross; and her siblings, Emma Reddy, Mary Jane Sprouls, Beulah Strong, Marguerite Juvinall and Thomas Holycross.
She is survived by: her daughter Vikki Hicks (Greg Pallaske); her cousins, David Stimac (Karen), Troy Stimac (Mandy), Travis Stimac and Molly Stimac; her sister-in-law Pat Holycross; and her nieces, Kate Sprouls, Joyce Strong and Brianna Shutes (Lee).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61834). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
