He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Pryor Bowling and Martha Bowling; his son Mark Bowling; his great grandchild Tobias Rex Smith; and his sisters, Clare Gay, Jean Barger and Louise Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bowling; his children, Terrilyn Gilliatt (Brent), Deron Bowling (Audrae Kores), Dawn Schwendenmann (Ed) and Joel Bowling; his grandchildren, Emily, Laura, Aaron, Kate, Harrison, Jake, Logan, Hannah, Alex and Emma; and his sister Nancy Barnes. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
