Bev Surrette Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bev Surrette in Ormond Beach, Florida, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Bev departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bev may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bev leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Maguire and Marilyn Maguire; and her brother Dick McGuire. She is survived by: her husband Corky; her siblings, Don (Bonnie), Jim (Alice), Bill (Jan) and Jan; and her sister-in-law Terri Perkins (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A reception was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Volusia Memorial Funeral Home (548 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
