He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Porter Brown and Nancy Jo Ballengee Brown; his daughter Elizabeth Timbrook Brown, MD (David Hulan Hastings); his grandchildren, Lucas Skelton Hastings and Whitney Elizabeth Hastings; his great grandchild James Schuyler Brown; his daughter-in-law Amelia Pearson Brown; his grandchildren-in-law, James Dean Brown and Harper James Brown; and his significant other Edward Alton Adams.
In memory of their art-loving father, Brook and Schuyler Brown request, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in their father's honor to the Ormond Memorial Art Museum, 78 East Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32176.
