She is survived by: her husband Sy Horowitz; her daughters, Adina Horowitz of Ormond Beach, FL, Stacey Harrison (Herbie) of Stafford, VA and Katie Creedon (Tom) of Woodbridge, VA.; her grandchildren, Cassidy Broyhill, Jacob Harrison and Courtney Creedon; her brother Joseph P. Farrell Jr. (Laura); and her nephews, Brian Farrell (Tanya) and Joseph P. Farrell III (Kim).
