He is survived by: his wife Hue To; his sons, Phuc To, Duc To and Hoa Lu; his grandsons, Tommy To, Yvon Lu, Dustin Lu and Ethan Lu; and his brothers, Lai Lu, Huyen Yoakum and Luyen Pham.
