He was predeceased by: his parent Altemia Rosa (Diaz). He is survived by: his parent Miguel Rosa; his wife Carmen Rosa (Garcia) of Orlando; his children, Gloria Ortiz of Fitchburg, MA, Thomas Rosa, Jr. and David Izzarry; and his siblings, Ida Rosa and Julian Rosa.
