She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Penitani; her brother Christy William Lizzoli, Jr.; and her parents, Christy William "Bill" and Nina Lizzoli. She is survived by: her children, Meleseini Escobar, Savea Nina (Charlie Talataina) and Paulie Penitani; her grandchildren, Paul Penitani-Netane, Nakoa Zeno, Ambrosio Escobar III, TamatauaNu'utele Talataina and Lototasi Talataina; and her siblings, Russell (Connie Lizzoli) and Nina Hope Lizzoli (Adam Underwood). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close friends.
