With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Kay Walter of Orlando, Florida, who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Sheila Kay's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sheila Kay has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Elder and Harry D. Elder; her brother Donald Elder; and her granddaughter Alexandria. She is survived by: her husband Donald Walter; and her grandchildren, Jude, Ava and Madelyn. She is also survived by her husband, two children, three grandchildren, four brothers and sisters, and numerous family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Adult & Teen Challenge Appalachian Region or Prison Fellowship.
