He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura Erbel; his stepchildren, Matthew, Kyle and Justin Reid; his daughter-in-law Vanessa; his sister Carol Agner; his brother-in-law Sam Agner; his mother Rita Reid; and his aunt Joan Nuss.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes - Southside Chapel (1727 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Children's Cancer Center or Moffitt Cancer Center.
