He was predeceased by: his siblings, William, Andrew, Joseph, James Richard, Francis James and Edith Elizabeth Grill.

He is survived by: his wife Vera Mongelluzzo; and his siblings, John, Patrick, Mary Elaine Byrnes and Marie Carmine Lieb.

The family requests, if appropriate to each person, donations be made to St. James Cathedral so that Masses may be offered in the future for the Byrnes and Mongelluzzo families.
