He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Spicer and Kathryn Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Dona Knowles; his daughter Julie Duncan; his grandsons, Isaac Duncan and Luke Duncan; and his sister Patricia Johnston of Avon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home (1717 Old Boggy Creek Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744).
