With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Fazio of Orlando, Florida, who passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard J. has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Daino; his children, Lisa Mirabito (Todd) of Camillus, Karen McLeod (Steve) of Bethesda, MD, Richard (Brenda), Orlando and Mark (Wendy) of Merrimack, NH; and his sister Jean D. Byrne of Camillus. He is also survived by five grandsons; three granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (5600 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (800 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13203).
