He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle J. Mills and Thomas E. O'Steen; and his nephew Jeremy Bright. He is survived by: his wife Karen Michelle Hughes O'Steen of Orlando; his children, Katharine W. Payne (Mark) of Punta Gorda, Kristin A. Hughes of Orlando, Mark A. Hughes (Diana) of Orlando, Kyla A. O'Steen of Orlando, Keara E. O'Steen of Orlando and Katelyn N. O'Steen of Orlando; his grandchildren, Kaylee A. Hughes, Kendra M. Wolfe, Adelyn G. Kelly, Ian A. Hughes and Lillian K. Hughes; his sister Patti Bright (Arizona); and his niece Jenna Bright (Arizona).
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
