She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Diaz and Benita Diaz (Santiago). She is survived by: her children, Hector L. Maldonado, Jr., Moises and Jacqueline Maldonado; and her husband Hector, Sr. She is also survived by daughters-in-law, grandchildren, a brother and nieces & nephews.
