He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Staschke and Sophie Staschke; his wife Natalie Staschke; his son Mark Staschke; and his granddaughter Jennifer Staschke.

He is survived by: his children, Kurt Staschke (Jody) and Carol Manno; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lovett (Jeff), Scott Manno (Kristin), Scott Staschke, Haley Curry (Alex) and Jade Staschke; his great grandchildren, Elliot Staschke, Vivian Staschke, Ralph Curry, Elaine Curry and Sophie Lovett; and also Sherry Staschke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
