He was predeceased by: his parents, Bienvenida Arias and Antonio Arias. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Mendez; his children, Omar Rodriguez (Sonia), Gladys Trineo Mendez (Jose), Maritza Mendez (Valentine), Marisol Vela (Modesto), Jackie Ortiz (Juan) and Julio Gómez (Tabitha Gomez); and his siblings, Manuel Mendez, Domingo Arias and Maria Arias. He is also survived by grandchildren and eight (8) Great-grandchildren; as well as extended family.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home & Sunset Cremations (910 W Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32805). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
