He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Worrell and Harold E. Worrell. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold R. Worrell (Renee) of Orlando Florida, Jeffrey Worrell (Ginger) of Tucson Arizona and Joseph Worrell (Masako) of Oviedo Florida. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
