He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ulrich Cantrell; his sisters, Carol Ulrich Hempfield and Nancy Jo Ulrich Mannix; his brothers-in-law, Mike Hempfield and Mike Mannix, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Liza Mannix Jennings (Mike Jennings), Michael Mannix III (Emily Mannix), Amber Hempfield Veniard (Jonathan Veniard), Troy Hempfield (Philippa Mosely), Haley and Savannah Ulrich; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Clara, Maisy, Mikey, Charlie and Amelia Mae.
