He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bobik and Sophie Bobik. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis (Edna Bobik) and Deborah Barnes (Mark); his niece Angie Tuggle (Terry); and his nephews, Denny Bobik (Tammy) and Matthew Barnes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Frontline Outreach.
