He is survived by: his mother Martha Ver Hey; his children, Andrea Erickson (Tanner Wehrkamp), Darryl J. Ver Hey (Vanessa) and Tyler Ver Hey (Maegan); his siblings, Clifford J. Ver Hey (Marcia), Barbara J. Christopher and Sharon J. Weisensee (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Noah Erickson, Joseph Ver Hey, Jude Erickson, Paityn Ver Hey, Lillian Fieber, Holly Ver Hey and Lincoln Ver Hey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
