It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L. Carter III (Orlando, Florida), who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Landon Jr. and Hortense Carter. He is survived by: his sister Charmane Baumer (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
