He was predeceased by: his parents, Fermin Velez and Ana Velez; his grandfather Valentin; and his children, Angel, Victor and Jose.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen and Agustin; his grandchildren, Carmencita, Tito, Patricia and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Angelina, Tyler, Kayley, Aidan, Anyssa and Anastasia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
