He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Watkins and Raymond Watkins; and his brother Richard Watkins of Rockford, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Thomas Watkins (Kimberlee), Steven Watkins (Sara) and Sheryl Watkins Dunleavy (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kathryn Brickman, Spencer Watkins, Emily Barth, Curtis Watkins, Thomas Dunleavy and Caroline Dunleavy; and his great grandchildren, Elise Brickman and Nolan Brickman.
