He is survived by: his mother Emily "Connie" Hudson; his children, Johnny Mark Abner, Matthew Abner of Sarasota, FL and Jaedene Abner of Sarasota; and his siblings, John William Abner, Jr., David Goens, Darlene Abner and Susan Abner Wilkeson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
