She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ackerson; her children, Kelsey Null and Seth Ackerson; her stepson Steven Simpson; her grandchildren, Brook Locke, Joanna Schleitwiler and Kaiden Locke; her sisters, Linda McRae and Brenda Matchett (Hugh); her mother-in-law Kathy Ackerson (Steve); and her siblings-in-law, Nyla Soto (Wilson), Clifford Ackerson and Robert Blevins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
