He was predeceased by: his father William Soto; and his sister Elga Soto. He is survived by: his wife Martha F Soto; his mother Ana M Martinez; his brother Richard Soto; and his daughters, Martha L Soto, Kenya Soto, Eve Soto and Anna Soto. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many grandchildren, coworkers and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
