He is survived by: his son Matthew Lewis (Wanda); his grandchildren, Tristen of Russellville, Arkansas., Jordan of Russellville, Arkansas. and Nathan of Russellville, Arkansas.; and his brothers, Jack Lewis of Landers and Bill Lewis of Palm Springs, California.. He is also survived by His sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
