He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Cruce; his children, Scott Beman (Suzanne), Richard Horn and Sandra Hellmann (Jon); his sister Regina Martinez (Ed); his grandchildren, Kayla, Kirsten, Katelyn, Julia, Jackson, Sarah and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Branson, Cory "Bear" and Declan. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations maybe made to Three Rivers Legal Services, 3225 University Blvd South, Unit 220, Jacksonville, FL 32216 (904-394-7450).
