He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Noe and Joyce Noe. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Nicole Noe and Amanda Keuning; his stepdaughter Nicolle Rawson (Greg); his siblings, Raymond Noe (Sheri), Debra Dishmon and Lea Ann Noe; his grandchildren, Anthony, Kennedy, Carter, Liam, Katheryn, McKinley and Hadley; and his close friend Ed Core.

Paul was a generous and giving man, frequently making donations to organizations near and dear to his heart, including K9s for Warriors, The ALS Association, and Wounded Warriors. The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made on Paul's behalf to K9s for Warriors.
