He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Ethan Cole Farina, Ashton Taylor Behannon and Shannon Mae Farina; his grandmother Jettia Traylor; his parents, Paul Farina and Laurie Farina; his brother Jesse Farina (Taylor); his uncle Tony Traylor (Elizabeth); and also Fallon Farina. He is also survived by five cousins.
