She is survived by: her husband Alfred "Sonny" Middleton, Jr.; her children, Cindy Lawrence (Mike), Sharon Moore and Steve Middleton; and her grandchildren, Bret Lawrence, Emily Lawrence, Max Middleton, Chris Middleton, David Floyd and Ashley Hamberlin.
