He was predeceased by: his daughter Kylie; his father Randall Earl Fish; and his brother-in-law Jason Keith. He is survived by: his wife Angela Fish; his mother Linda Mae Fish (Crews); his brothers, Tony Fish and Terry Fish (Lena); his parents-in-law, George and Judy Keith; his sister-in-law Terri Keith; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Fish, Garrett Keith, Savannah Butler (Fish), Kyle Fish, Caitlyn Fish, Haley Whittemore (Keith) and Leven Fish. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
