He is survived by: his mother Robin Matheson; his stepfather Arnold Matheson; his father Stephen Lewis; his siblings, Sallie Fulmer, Jimmi Wesley, Johanna Newbury, Ian Lewis, Andrew Lewis, Amy Cheek and Eric Cheek; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle Horne, Noah Horne, Madison Wesley, Mika Wesley and Ryder Fulmer.
