She is survived by: her children, Katrina Bias and Robert Bias (Erin); her grandchildren, Carter, Colton and Olivia; and her siblings, Deborah Pitts, Vanessa Hartzog, James Crews (Carol) and Ricky Crews (Terri). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that a contribution be made in Linda Faye's name to COMMUNITY HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE.
