He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John and Mary Kuiken; his wife Virginia M. Kuiken; his children, Kathi McLane, Michael Kuiken, Kelly Barnes and Ann Alyse Nicholson; and his sister Mary Kuiken. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
