He was predeceased by: his father Harold Maffett. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Newton; his wife Dawna; his children, John (Stephanie), Jennifer and Jason (Catherine); his grandchildren, Harold, Cylis, Scarlett, Jason, Joel and Johnathan; his sisters, Donna, Lori and Beth; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy (Mark), Brad, Dale, Don and Bob.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation be made to the Leukemia Society to funding research and finding cures.
