He is survived by: his father Jack Bailey of Young Harris; his wife Rose Bailey of Hayesville; his stepchildren, James McClure (Christy) of Hayesville, Christina McClure of Hiawassee and Carrie Chance (James) of Hiawassee, Georgia; and his siblings, June Carter (Ed) of McClenney, Joann Sears (Dejon Spears) of Jacksonville, Florida and James Bailey of Young Harris, Georgia. He is also survived by five step grandchildren; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
